Thank you for your purchase! We hope you’re happy with your order. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can easily return or exchange your item.
Return Period
United States: 30 days
Europe & Rest of the World: 14 days
The return period starts from the moment the order is marked as delivered.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging
⚠️ We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized products (including player names, numbers, patches, or personal text)
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer (wrong size, variant, or selection)
Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges.
If an exchange is approved, it will be handled as:
- A return + new order process
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
However, changes to:
- Size
- Name / Number
- Patch selection
can be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
After this period, the order is processed and cannot be changed.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
You must contact us within 48 hours after delivery.
If approved, we will provide:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund
We may request photo/video evidence.
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier:
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages
- Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- We do not provide prepaid return labels
